In partnership with the Black Creek Group, MGL Partners secured a long-term ground lease on a 19-acre parcel located one block from the Fitzsimons Life Science District, a former military base now dedicated to health care, scientific research and bioscience enterprises.

Currently the largest medical-related development project in the United States, the 578-acre campus is projected to employ more than 40,000 people at full build-out. To meet a growing demand for residential and commercial space, MGL Partners and Black Creek successfully rezoned the property to allow for up to 970 multi-family residential units and more than 800,000 square feet of commercial space to be developed over several years.
