In partnership with the Adams County Housing Authority (ACHA), MGL Partners acquired a market-rate multi-family project and repositioned it as a permanently affordable community. MGL and ACHA invested approximately $15,000 per unit to renovate more than 160 apartment homes. The project was financed with tax-exempt Private Activity Bonds and LIHTC’s and is currently 94% occupied.
