Paloma Villas brings 130 units of multi-family affordable housing to the Morrison Road neighborhood, the area’s first new apartment construction in more than 30 years. Three unique structures also house essential neighborhood businesses, within 5,000 square feet of pedestrian-friendly first-floor retail. Partially financed with LIHTC’s, the apartment homes achieved 95% occupancy less than six weeks after completion.
