Mr. Glade is a co-founder and principal of MGL Partners and his primary responsibilities include financing new developments and acquisitions.

Mr. Glade was previously a principal and CFO of Black Creek Communities, the multi-family and mixed-use arm of the Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate private equity firm. His responsibilities included financing, project design and asset management for approximately $50 million worth of multi-family and mixed-use property throughout Colorado.

Prior to Black Creek, Mr. Glade was Director/Assistant Treasurer for Mail-Well, Inc., a Fortune 1000 company. While at Mail-Well he was responsible for managing the capital structure and earnings impact of corporate finance transactions, and assisted in financing transactions valued in excess of $1.2 billion. Prior to Mail-Well, he was a manager with Deloitte & Touche in Denver. Mr. Glade holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and is a CPA (inactive).
