Ms. Mullins is a co-founder and principal of MGL Partners and is responsible for financing and asset management.

Ms. Mullins previously served as a consultant to Black Creek Communities, the multi-family and mixed-use arm of the Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate private equity firm. Her primary responsibilities included asset and financial management for Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties.

Prior to Black Creek, Ms. Mullins was the Chief Financial Officer for Cottages & Castles, LLC, where she managed the financial management and tax issues for condominium and townhome conversion projects. Additionally, Ms. Mullins worked for Corporate Properties of the Americas, overseeing U.S. and foreign accounting and tax functions for $125 million worth of industrial real estate developments in Mexico. Ms. Mullins received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and her Juris Doctorate from The University of Denver. She is an attorney in Colorado and Kentucky as well as a licensed CPA.
